1. Acceptance of these terms

Welcome to Rima Falmstead (we, us, our, Platform). These Terms govern your (you, your, User) access to our website, apps, trading tools, and related services (Services). We may point you to or explain third-party platforms; unless we say otherwise, we are not acting as your broker. Trading carries a significant risk of loss. Past results are not a promise of future outcomes. You alone are responsible for your choices and any taxes owed.

4. Fees, acceptable use, and intellectual property

Fees, if any, are shown at the time of purchase. You must not misuse the Services, including by posting unlawful content, malware, scraping without consent, bypassing security, or reverse engineering except where the law allows it. All Platform content and marks remain our property or that of our licensors; you receive a limited, revocable license to use them as offered.

5. Disclaimers and limits on liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Canadian law, the Services are provided as is without warranties of any kind. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses and, where permitted, cap total liability at the greater of CAD 100 or the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing excludes non-excludable consumer protections.

6. Indemnity, suspension, and ending access

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of or breach of these Terms. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, risk, or legal reasons. Surviving terms include limitations of liability, indemnity, and dispute provisions.
